So … I have decided that it is time for a change here on my blog. I have had my background for well over a year now and I think that a new one is long overdue. I had grown used to my old one but I think that a lighter background will work better, especially since spring is here and summer will soon be with us. So I hope you all like the change. You will probably see new things in the coming days as I will try to tidy my blog up a bit and make it look nicer.
Speaking of changes, I will be starting a new job next Monday and I am both scared and excited at the same time. Like the change in my blog background, this change in career is long overdue. I am not going to a new company, just to a new division. I have been having trouble with my current manager for the past two and a half years (actually right since he joined the company) and many times I just wanted to leave. But somehow, something made me stay. I kept believing that something would come up (talk about perseverance). So, here I am, two and a half years later, moving on to a new position.
And yet, in the midst of this change in my life, it is always comforting to know that some things will remain constant.
Yay Loree...congrats on all your new adventures..how wonderful! And yay for embracing the new energy you are becoming..! I look forward to the new magic and beauty and creative essence you will share..as always!! It all looks beautiful..hugs! Keep shining! I am happy to have found your blog for i truly enjoy my visits..and look forward to more!

ReplyDeleteWow, good for you for finally changing to a new division and leaving your old manager behind :)! It takes courage to make big life changes and moving away from your comfort zone even when knowning that the change(s), no matter how big or small will most likely bring good things and blessings into your life.
Going through some major changes myself, not workwise but on a more personal level at home (have for a long time already, which is why my postings or blog visits aren't as consistent or frequent as I'd like them to be)... Could very well be that I in the near future will gather my courage, face my fears and continue into the future as a single mom .... As long as we see change as a positive thing and as an adventure, it will be just that :).

I have been so busy with my Mom I have not been leaving comments like I should.
Mom is responding well to her cancer treatments but she has reached the place where she is ill a lot and has lost her hair so I have been trying to get her to wear scarves and consider wearing a wig.
My Dad has also had a lot of health issues
as well .
So if I have not left you a comment in a long while please forgive the over sight .
Life has been really challenging with parents,work and my own family .
